Borden Village recorded their fifth successive win with a comprehensive victory at Deal Town Rangers on Saturday .The villagers who had already been beaten by the hosts earlier in the season were keen to avenge their previous defeat and made that clear from the outset. 2 goals from Dan Hudson in the first half hour set them on their way and Deal were reeling The home side came back at Borden for a ten minute spell before the break but were unable to breach the solid defensive pairing of Roberts and Greene who kept a third clean sheet in five games. Following the break Sam Brown scored his first of 2 and shortly after Liam Baxindale added a fifth. With 20 mins left striker George Latham came off the bench to bag a couple for himself taking his tally to 7 in six games.

Meanwhile Borden Reserves entertained New Romney and recorded a 2 nil victory with Calvin Sills scoring both.
